What can I edit here?
Everything on your public profile: the profile picture (upload, replace or delete), the About description, your email, physical address, industry vertical and a short status line (e.g. your slogan). The page also shows your connected WhatsApp number and a note that you can send up to 2,000 conversations per day.
How do I update my profile?
- Open Settings → Features → WhatsApp Profile.
- Edit any field, or use the update button to replace your picture (the trash icon removes it).
- Click Save (top right). Keaz writes the changes and pushes them to WhatsApp, so your public profile updates too.
What is the daily conversation limit?
Your account can start up to 2,000 conversations per day, shown next to your WhatsApp number. Use it for capacity planning when scheduling larger campaigns. Tip: a complete profile — picture, clear About text and status — builds trust and makes your business look professional the moment a contact opens the chat.
