What does the Billing page show?

Billing has three parts. Your current plan shows your Keaz plan with its monthly base fee and the variable Meta fee per message, the features included, and buttons to open the billing portal or cancel. Costs summarises your monthly message limit, the Meta fees accrued so far this period, your Keaz subscription fee, and your next billing date. Meta fees breakdown is a table of what you've actually sent.

How do I download invoices or change my payment method?

Click Open billing portal. The portal opens in a new tab, where you can download past invoices and update your payment details. Keaz doesn't store card data itself — payments run through the portal.

How are Meta fees calculated?

Meta charges per conversation, and the price depends on the message category and the recipient's country. The Meta fees breakdown table lists each combination by:

  • Category — the message type (e.g. marketing).
  • Country — the recipient country (e.g. Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Price — price per message for that country and category.
  • Amount — the number of messages sent.

Note: your specific plan and prices vary by customer and can change over time. Treat the values in the portal as the source of truth for an invoice.

How do I cancel my plan?

In Your current plan, click Cancel plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period shown as your billing date.
