What does connecting Klaviyo do?
It syncs your Klaviyo audience into Keaz. After connecting, Klaviyo segments can be used as the target group for Keaz newsletters and flows, and you can aim WhatsApp campaigns at people based on their Klaviyo email data — without maintaining the same lists twice.
How do I connect Klaviyo?
Click Connect Klaviyo and follow the connection flow. You can also start it from the "Set up Klaviyo integration" banner on the Dashboard, which links straight to this settings page. Coordinating WhatsApp with your email activity avoids double-messaging the same customer and lets each channel do what it does best.
What can I do once it's connected?
Use Klaviyo segments when building a newsletter audience or a flow's entry segment, so WhatsApp and email reinforce each other rather than run in isolation.
