How do you open the detail view?
Open Newsletter and click the Info button on a newsletter you have already sent. The detail view opens with the newsletter's name in the header. The Newsletter dashboard article covers the list itself and what the other row actions do.
What does the SDR funnel tell you?
Metrics opens with three numbers that describe delivery, in the order a message travels.
- Sent - how many messages went out in total.
- Delivered - how many of them were delivered successfully.
- Read - how many were opened.
Reading them as a funnel is the point. A gap between Sent and Delivered is a question about your recipient list. A gap between Delivered and Read is a question about the message: its timing, its opening line, its offer. Below the funnel, CTR shows the click rate for this newsletter.
What does the Revenue figure show?
Revenue shows the turnover generated directly by this newsletter, so the campaign is measured on sales and not only on opens. Details opens the broken-down revenue view, where you can see how the figure is composed instead of taking it on trust.
If you run discount codes across your campaigns, keep one code tied to one campaign. Revenue tracking: one discount code per flow explains why a code used in two places blurs the numbers you are trying to compare.
What does the Sent to table show?
Sent to lists every segment this newsletter was sent to, in three columns: Segment, Sent and Target Group. The Sent column carries the date, so the table reads chronologically through all sending rounds.
That matters most when the same newsletter goes to several segments on different days. The table is the record of who was reached and when, which is what you need before you send a follow-up.
What can you do straight from the detail view?
- Send or schedule - opens the sending panel without going back to the list.
- Duplicate - copies the newsletter into a new draft. This is the fast way to reuse a campaign that worked.
- Close - closes the detail view and returns you to the dashboard.
Newsletter: Sending walks through the sending panel itself, including how scheduling works.
How do you judge whether the numbers are good?
The detail view tells you what happened. It does not tell you what to expect. For the ranges - read rates, click rates, and how they compare with email - see WhatsApp vs. email marketing. Compare each newsletter against your own previous sends first, then against the market.
