What does the Newsletter Dashboard show?
Two figures sit at the top of the screen. Avg. CTR is the average click rate across every newsletter you have sent, and Last sent is the date of your most recent send. They tell you how the programme is doing before you look at any single campaign.
Below them is one row per newsletter, with these columns:
- Name — the name you gave the campaign.
- Revenue — the revenue attributed to that newsletter.
- Costs — what sending it cost.
- Sent — how many messages went out.
- Delivered — how many of them arrived.
- Read — how many were opened.
- Status — Sent, Draft or Pending, shown as a badge.
Revenue, Delivered and Read next to each other are the point of the screen: you see what a campaign earned and what it cost in the same row. Whether a read rate is good depends on what you compare it with — our look at WhatsApp against email marketing puts the two channels side by side.
How do you find one specific newsletter?
- The search field searches every newsletter by name.
- The status filter at the top right narrows the table to All, Sent, Draft or Pending.
- Column headers are sortable, so you can order the list by revenue instead of by date.
What can you do with a newsletter from here?
The available actions depend on the status of the row.
- Sent — Info opens the detail view with the full evaluation. The three-dot menu offers Send again and Duplicate.
- Draft — Send starts the send. The three-dot menu offers Edit, Delete and Duplicate.
Send again is the one worth understanding. You pick a new segment for the resend, and contacts who already received the first send are not excluded automatically. That is deliberate — you decide who gets it again through your segment logic, for example with a segment that leaves earlier recipients out. Build it in the Segment Builder before you resend.
How is revenue attributed to a single newsletter?
The Revenue column shows what Keaz could attribute to that campaign, which is what makes the per-newsletter comparison meaningful rather than decorative. How that attribution is tracked, and why each campaign needs a discount code of its own, is covered in Revenue Tracking: one discount code per flow.
How do you create a new newsletter?
Click Create Newsletter at the top right. That opens the template selection, which is the entry point to building the campaign. What a newsletter is, and why every send needs a segment, is explained in the Newsletter overview.
