What does the Flows screen show?
The screen is built around one question: how much of your customer lifecycle is already automated. Under the Flows header sit the two buttons that create a Flow, then a summary of how your Flows are performing, then the coverage section itself. If you are new to Flows, what a Flow is and what starts one is the better place to begin.

What is flow coverage?
Your flow coverage groups Flows by the job they do for the customer, not by when you built them. Each group is a card, and the cards are ordered by the revenue Keaz projects for them — the section heading says so: sorted by potential, biggest opportunities first. So the card at the top is not your newest Flow, it is the gap that is costing you the most.
Which categories are there?
- Recover lost revenue — people who abandoned a cart or looked at a product and left. Our guide to cart recovery over WhatsApp covers what to send and when.
- Win-back and re-engage — customers who bought once and have not come back. Reaching an existing customer again costs a fraction of winning a new one.
- Nurture subscribers — new subscribers who have not ordered yet, on the way to a first purchase.
- Order-status and confirmation — what happens after the order: confirmations, status updates, review requests.
- Custom flows — Flows you built yourself. Keaz makes no template recommendations here, because there is no standard shape to compare them against.
What do the tabs All, Recommended and Custom do?
Three tabs filter the coverage section, and each one carries a count so you can see how much sits behind it before you switch.
- Recommended — the default. It shows the categories where Keaz sees something worth switching on next, which is why the screen does not simply list everything you own.
- All — every category, whether or not there is a recommendation in it.
- Custom — only the Flows you built yourself.
What does flow health tell you?
Flow health rates your coverage rather than your copy. It combines two things: how much of the recommended automation you actually have switched on, and how much of the projected revenue you are realising. The rating runs Light, Strong and Excellent, and you get it per category and for the account as a whole.
Because the score is weighted by what each category is projected to earn, a gap in a high-value category pulls the overall rating down harder than a gap in a small one. Keaz names the next step for you — which Flow to activate to reach the next level — so the rating is a to-do list rather than a grade. For how the revenue behind it is attributed, see revenue tracking with discount codes.
How do you create a new Flow?
Two buttons sit next to the Flows header. Add from template opens the template library, which is the faster route for a standard job like cart recovery or an order confirmation. Create custom flow opens an empty Flow Builder for something the templates do not cover.
Before Shopify is connected you get Browse template library and Connect Shopify instead. That is deliberate: most triggers are Shopify events, so without the shop connection a Flow has nothing to react to. The Shopify integration walks through connecting it.
