Automations: Overview
Automations bundle three rule-based functions — Keywords, Conversation Starter and Default Reply — so Keaz can answer incoming WhatsApp messages without manual effort.
InboxInbox: Conversation view
The conversation view is where you read and answer a chat: the full history including automated flow messages, transcribed voice notes, event markers, and a composer with formatting and attachments.
InboxInbox: Overview
The Inbox collects every incoming WhatsApp conversation in one place, split into Open and Done, with search, label filters and direct access to your Automations.
