What is the Inbox for?
The Inbox is where all WhatsApp conversations with your contacts come together. You manage, filter and answer them without switching pages. Open it from the main navigation under Inbox.
What is the difference between the Open and Done tabs?
The two tabs at the top of the conversation panel split your conversations by state:
- Open holds every active conversation you have not closed yet. A blue badge on the tab shows how many of them are unread.
- Done holds every conversation you have marked as finished.
How do I spot unread conversations?
A blue dot sits to the left of the contact name whenever a conversation contains unread messages. The blue badge on the Open tab gives you the same information as a total count, so you can see at a glance whether anything is waiting.
What does each row in the conversation list show?
- The name of the contact.
- The timestamp of the most recent message.
- A preview of that message.
How do I find a specific conversation?
Two controls sit above the list. The search field looks conversations up by contact name, which keeps navigation fast even when your volume is high. The Filter button opens a panel where you narrow the list by state and by label.
How do I reach my Automations from here?
The Automation button sits at the top right of the conversation panel. It opens the Automations area with Keywords, Conversation Starter and Default Reply, so you can adjust your automatic replies without leaving the Inbox.
Why does the right side say No conversation selected?
That placeholder appears whenever no conversation is open. Pick an entry from the list and the full chat view takes its place.
