What does Smart Activation do?
Keaz continuously analyses internal data about your existing contacts — purchase history, time since last activity, behaviour such as interactions, and segment or label membership. When a contact meets the conditions you defined, the system recognises that state and triggers the matching message or flow. Depending on what it judges safe and sensible, it may send several messages a day or only a few.
Which conditions can I use?
- Time since last activity — the basis for winback and reactivation.
- Purchase history — for example reorder reminders based on what someone bought.
- Behaviour, such as previous interactions.
- Segment membership or labels.
The sequence is always the same: the contact meets a defined condition, the system recognises the state, and the matching message or journey is triggered.
How do I set it up?
- Create a flow.
- Click the Starting point block.
- On the right, choose the trigger event "Smart activation" (listed under Keaz solutions).
- Configure your filters and conditions.
- Save.
Can I stop the flow when someone buys again?
Yes. You can define stop conditions — for example when the contact places another order — so nobody keeps receiving a winback message after they have already come back.
When should I use it?
Use it to reactivate existing customers without manual work: winback campaigns for inactive contacts, reorder reminders based on product logic, and personalised follow-ups based on purchase history. Because Keaz controls the timing, it keeps generating revenue in the background while protecting your account quality — which a single large simultaneous send would put at risk.
